As time rolls on fast and faster, this pops up at me and I seem to push it to the back of my mind. The more I push the harder it bounces back. My time has caught up with the time of the real world...
Everyone around me seems to be graduating from high school, going off to college, getting married, and having kids.
Then there are others who I have met after they had gotten married. I have seen them have kids and stood by as their children have grown.
It's just opening my eyes to the fact that everything is going to catch up with me soon. The real world. There's not much time for being a teen.
As if the next time I blink, high school will be over and I'm all alone. Ignoring the fact that reality is out there and no matter what I say or do I can't escape it.I may be young, but is one thing I must except it;this is the way it must be.

Orla, this was a good post but i would also like to see a post sometime that sounded like a 14 year old carefree girl!

it does go by too quickly, write everything you ever want to reflect on and love every moment, good or bad. Small and simple things bring about great things such as character. ditto to Brit's comment.
